Phase 0: Screen

  • Identify meaningful business opportunities
  • Provide perspective on viability and likelihood of success
  • Brainstorm ways to enhance the value proposition and potential for meaningful impact
  • Clarify strategic focus
  • Eliminate options without sufficient benefit potential or sustainable success probability

Phase 1: Evaluate

  • Confirm there is a clear need for the proposed product or service and the offering will 
  • be an appropriate fit within the local community
  • Develop ideas to enhance delivery of 360° of Success
  • Outline how Values Based Business Principles can be incorporated in the endeavor
  • Provide templates for
    • Developing preliminary Business Plans
    • Financial Planning
    • Developing Funding Proposals
    • Developing preliminary Market Strategies
  • Provide resources to determine local and international legal and taxation implications

Phase 2: Plan

  • Act as a sounding board for finalizing detailed Business and Marketing Plans
  • Work with venture leadership to clarify all objectives and measures of success
  • Coach venture leadership on how to identify, confirm and secure needed resources including:
    • Capitalization and start-up funding
    • Critical skill and training needs for leadership as well as workforce
    • Raw material sources
    • Operating and sales locations
  • Provide training on practical application and how to live core values in the work-place
  • Aid development of full integration plan and definition of expected community impact
  • Begin intensive training for leadership to enhance critical capabilities and fluencies
  • Coach venture leadership in overall strategic planning for operations and delivery
  • Provide guidance and training on sound accounting practices
  • Coach ensures product design is finalized and key branding and marketing are prepared
  • Coach venture leadership in cultivating relationships with future desired customers
  • Help venture leadership identify all permits and authorizations needed for start-up and operation

Phase 3: Implement

  • Provide expertise for how to execute business and marketing plans with excellence
  • Provide practical experience for how to utilize principle based operating strategies
  • Provide business set-up guidance and creative problem solving assistance
  • Encourage making decisions based on needs for long-term success
  • Model examples of how to live core values in the work-place and make them the basis for

Phase 4: Support

  • Provide bi-weekly contact to help address questions and proactively plan for growth and development
  • Facilitate networking and relationship building opportunities to expand support base
  • Provide on-going coaching and mentoring to facilitate venture leadership's success in delivering against 
  • all objectives and accountability to measures of success
  • Ensure investor's needs and expectations are being addressed
  • Provide periodic evaluation and accountability reviews
